Courtesy Bus Driver needed at Avis/ LaGuardia International Airport
Avis Rent A Car, a global leader in the travel services industry, is looking for Courtesy Bus Drivers at our LaGuradia Airport Location.
This bus driver position attends to the needs of Avis Customers by providing transportation between airport and Avis lot in a courteous and helpful manner.
Greet each customer personally and assist customers with their luggage.
Clearly announce arrival and departure statements using an intercom system.
Operate the Courtesy Bus in accordance with all laws and regulations while following company policy to ensure a safe operating environment.
Requirements:
Must be 18 years or older with High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalency.
Posses VALID COMMERCIAL DRIVER’S LICENSE (CDL) With PASSENGER AND AIR BRAKE ENDORSEMENTS and Clean driving record.
Must be outgoing, professional and customer service orientated with Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Must be able to work nights, weekends and holidays.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift and/or carry weight of minimum of 50#.
Meet DOT requirements.
Previous passenger and/or public driving experience are preferred.
